The Legends of Delzell – Professional Staff Award Nominator Form – Information and Guidelines
The School of Education Alumni Advisory Board invites nominations for the 2022 Legends of Delzell Award. This premier award was established in 2021 to recognize outstanding School of Education faculty and staff who have given outstanding personal, professional, and educational contributions to all areas of education.
As Nominator you are to research and submit the information. To ensure accuracy, please contact your nominee for the data needed to complete this submission. This will include School of Education Involvement, University Involvement, Community and Charity Involvement, Committee Memberships, and Professional and Organizational Memberships. Please be thorough and concise with your submitted information.
Use the following format for recognizing and honoring those individuals who have made outstanding personal, professional, and educational contributions to all areas of education.
