Lunch with the U featuring Coach Peterson

Coyote Men’s Basketball is tipping off the new season, and Lunch with the U is the perfect place to get the inside scoop! Join us at Pizza Ranch on 41st Street in Sioux Falls as we welcome Head Coach Eric Peterson. Doors open at 11:30 a.m., and the program begins at noon. Coach Peterson will recap the opening games, share his outlook for the season ahead, and give fans a behind-the-scenes look at this year’s squad. Come enjoy lunch, connect with fellow Coyote fans, and hear directly from Coach Peterson as the Coyotes get the 2025–26 season rolling.
