Rose McLaughlin had dreams of traveling the world but was told she would never get to. However, when she arrived at USD, her dreams became reality. There were programs offering the chance to travel and study abroad, so she seized the opportunity and has since stepped foot in 18 countries. She is finishing up her undergraduate degree in international relations and looks forward to seeing and understanding more of the world around her.
