2024 Lunch with the U: Summit League Commissioner Josh Fenton

Join us for an exclusive edition of Lunch with the U on Wednesday, March 6th, featuring Summit League Commissioner Josh Fenton in honor of the Summit League Basketball Tournament! The event will kick off at approximately 12 p.m. and welcomes all Coyote fans and friends.

Please note the change in venue due to scheduling constraints. This month Lunch with the U will be hosted at Minervas Restaurant in downtown Sioux Falls, where guests can indulge in their famous Soup, Salad & Sandwich Bar.
