Dean Barry Vickrey and Mary Green Vickrey Scholarship Endowment

The Dean Barry Vickrey and Mary Green Vickrey Scholarship Endowment is dedicated to providing funding for first-generation and Native American students at USD Knudson School of Law. The scholarship in honor of Vickreys’ contributions to USD was established in 2019 through a generous $50,000 gift from Bob and Kim Hayes. The Vickreys matched that initial gift, with a $50,000 contribution of their own. Now, their son David Vickrey, is asking the USD Knudson School of Law community to join him in supporting this scholarship, and he will match any gift made to the fund, up to a total of $100,000!

If we meet David’s $100,000 match challenge, we can give up to $12,000 in scholarships per year, indefinitely, through this endowment to the USD Knudson School of Law.
